The eTeaching Panel is the responsible steering body for the eTeaching Course Production and eTeaching Team. The eTeaching Panel is comprised of the University President, all School Deans, Information and Communication Technology Head, Pedagogic Skills Improvement and Support Center Head, and Multimedia Language Lab Technical Assistant.

The eTeaching Team is setup by the eTeaching Panel. The team is composed of Multimedia Instructional Designers who have strengths not only in ICT matters but pedagogical skill comprehension as well. They have an excellent knowledge of English language and have broad subject knowledge, multimedia design and interpersonal Skills.

The ecbp On.e eEducation Team consult and supports the eTeaching Team and instructors to enhance the eTeaching course production and setting up eTeaching learning support system.
